Integrating your Microsoft Outlook email with Outreachly enables seamless campaign email automation.

Follow the steps below to Integrate Outlook with Outreachly

  1. Go to your Outreachly dashboard.

  2. select "Integrations".

  3. Select "Outlook".


  4. Select "Connect".

  5. Follow the prompts to connect your Outlook account.

  6. Ensure any necessary permissions are enabled in Microsoft Azure if prompted.

  7. Once connected, assign your Outlook email to desired campaigns for efficient, automated outreach.

Insufficient Privileges Error

This is an error raised by Outreachly that is rooted in your Microsoft Account.

If you try to connect the Outlook integration and see the "Insufficient privileges to complete the operation" error in the top right corner of your dashboard, then follow these steps:

  1. Open this link https://portal.azure.com/?l=en.en-us#home and authorize using your username and password

  2. Select the "Users" button inside the "Azure services" section.

  3. Select the user in the table.

  4. Open the "Applications" page on the left sidebar.

  5. Click on the existing "Auth" application.

  6. Click on the "View granted permissions" button.

  7. Change access to the grant by clicking on the "Grant admin consent for App."

  8. Authorize again and submit the form by clicking the "Accept" button.

  9. Return to the App integrations page and try to connect Outlook again.
