How to create your first integration between Zapier & Outreachly

This article guides you through creating a Zap for an Outreachly process. For example, weโ€™ll set up an automation that adds prospect names from Outreachly to a specified sheet based on a designated tag.

๐Ÿ’ก BEFORE creating a Zap, make sure you've connected Zapier to Outreachly by following the steps in this article.

Follow the Steps to Create your Zap

  1. Log in to Zapier.

  2. Create a "New Zap".
    โ€‹

  3. In the trigger, select "Lead Updates."
    โ€‹

  4. Select the "Trigger Event". For this scenario we will choose "Add Label".
    โ€‹

  5. Select the account you previously connected in the "Account"ย when you connected Zapier with Outreachly.

  6. Select "Continue" & then you can Test the trigger.
    โ€‹

  7. Click on "Action" & select from the list, for this example, we will use "Google Sheets".
    โ€‹

  8. Select the "Action Event." For this automation example, we will use "Create a Spreadsheet Row."
    โ€‹

  9. Under "Account," sign in to your Google account and choose the sheet to which you want to add the data.

  10. Complete the "Configuration" step by mapping the fields of the sheet.
    โ€‹

  11. Once your fields are mapped, click "Continue" to proceed.
    โ€‹

  12. Test the step, and click "Publish".
