Adding a new seat to your Outreachly subscription is simple and flexible.

Here’s how it works:

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Contact Support: First, go to our live chat and let us know that you’d like to add a new seat. Our team will update your subscription accordingly.

  2. Pro-Rata Pricing: The cost of the new seat will be adjusted pro-rata, so your billing date will remain the same.

💡 If you prefer to create a separate subscription for this seat, let us know. A new subscription will have its own billing date and terms.

Having Different Subscription Types in One Workspace

Currently, each seat within a workspace must be on the same subscription package.

If you want to add a seat on a different package, you’ll need to set up a separate workspace for that seat.

This structure ensures seamless management within each workspace, keeping features and billing aligned across users.
