LinkedIn has recently updated its security requirements (April 2025), so if you or your clients have a LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription, activating two-factor authentication (2FA) is now mandatory to maintain full access to Sales Navigator features.
This change does not affect your Outreachly subscription status; however, setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) is required to prevent future service interruptions.

Please ensure that you complete the following steps:
Sign in to your LinkedIn account at LinkedIn.com.
Select the profile icon at the top right and select "Settings & Privacy".
In the left-hand menu, choose "Sign-in & security".
Select "Two-step verification" and select "Set Up".
You can select your preferred verification method, such as using a mobile app or entering a phone number.
Follow the prompts to complete the setup:
Re-enter your LinkedIn password.
You can enter the verification code sent to your chosen method.

After 2FA is enabled, users may occasionally be asked to enter a verification code inside your Outreachly workspace.
A system notification will alert users when two-factor authentication (2FA) verification is required, ensuring minimal disruption.
