They’re a simple way to add a personal touch without manually calling each prospect.

🚨 Currently available for recipients in the US and Canada only.
How to Add a Voicemail Drop to a Campaign
When creating a campaign, select Voicemail Drop from the Dialer step list.
Review and accept the Terms of Service and Terms of Use.
Choose one of the following:
Record a new message (make sure your browser has microphone access).
Upload a pre-recorded file (must meet the listed format requirements).
Select from saved voicemails (if you’ve already created some).
Stop recording when finished, give your voicemail a name, and click Add.
(Optional) Add a personal note to make it easier to identify later.
Save your step, and your voicemail is ready to use in the campaign.
💡The phone number used for a Voicemail Drop will not match your purchased dialer numbers. Let prospects know the best number to call you back on.
Managing Your Voicemails
Go to Resources > Voicemails to see all your recordings.
Click + Add New Voicemail to upload or record another.
Use the three-dot menu to edit (rename) or delete a voicemail.
Sending a Voicemail from a Prospect Card
You can also send a voicemail directly from the Prospect Card (in either Prospects or Inbox):
Go to Dialer > Voicemail.
Pick a number (direct or enriched).
Record or select a voicemail just like in campaign setup.
How Voicemail Credits Work
Your workspace includes extra Voicemail credits each billing cycle.
Sending one voicemail = uses one Voicemail credit.
If you run out, your Basic credits will be used automatically.
If both Voicemail and Basic credits are empty, prospects move to Pending, and you’ll get a notification.
Setting Daily Voicemail Limits
To control sending limits:
Go to Settings > Account Limits.
Adjust the number of voicemails sent per day.
💡Rules to remember:
Maximum 70 voicemails per day from your connected Social Account.
Maximum three voicemails per number within 3 days (resets every 3 days).
Which Numbers are Supported?
Supported:
Most mobile numbers (best delivery and response rates).
Landlines with carrier-provided voicemail.
Not supported:
VoIP numbers (e.g., Google Voice, PBX systems).
Landlines without voicemail or PBX-only voicemail.
