How to create an Opportunity Pipeline and manage deals on Outreachly

Outreachly has a handy Kanban-style sales pipeline that you can activate in just a few clicks. Most efficient sales teams use a Kanban board to create and manage deals. Follow these steps to get started.

Getting Started

  1. Select "Pipeline" from the menu on the left of the screen

  2. Select "Outreachly" from the CRM list and select "Activate".

Adding Pipeline Stages

  1. To add a Pipeline stage select "+ Add Stage".

  2. Add in the "Stage Name" and estimated probability of deals in that stage completing into a sale.

  3. If the stage does not appear instantly try refreshing your screen.

Adding Deals

  1. You can add deals either directly from the Pipeline stage by selecting "+ Add Deal".

  2. Select the Prospect from your list of connected Prospects and enter the required deal information. Select "Create" to save the deal.

  3. Alternatively, you can create deals directly from the Inbox by following the steps in this help article.
