You can learn how to share your valuable Sales Navigator seamlessly leads with members who don't have Sales Navigator accounts. This guide walks you through the process step-by-step, ensuring your team stays aligned and works efficiently without extra licenses.

Follow the Steps:

  1. Log in to Outreachly.

  2. Select "Campaigns".

  3. Create a Temporary Campaign.

  4. Select "Add Search".


  5. Select "Navigator List URL".


  6. Insert the URL & Select "Add Search".

  7. Select "Save".

  8. Once the search is entirely imported, select "Prospects".

  9. Filter from the right side by the name of the campaign.


  10. Select all the prospects & click "Export".

  11. The prospects list will be downloaded as a CSV file.

  12. You can now delete the prospects from the "Prospects" section and then delete the temporary campaign.

  13. On the CSV, split the data as desired.

  14. Now, you can create the campaigns in different accounts.

Considerations when Sharing Prospects Across Accounts

You can export prospects imported from Sales Navigator and re-import them into other Outreachly accounts as a CSV. However, keep these critical points in mind:

  1. Same Workspace and Deduplication Setting

    • The prospects can be shared if both accounts are in the same workspace and the Enable Deduplicate New Profiles Within Workspace setting is turned ON.

    • However, with deduplication enabled, duplicate prospects will not be added to a second campaign in the other account.

  2. Different Workspaces

    • If the accounts are in different workspaces, no restrictions prevent the prospects from being added to a CSV file and re-imported across accounts. This allows you to manage and reuse prospect data across multiple accounts without conflicts.
