Duplicate prospects across campaigns can lead to inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and inadvertent multiple contacts by different users. To help you maintain a streamlined outreach process, Outreachly offers a feature to prevent duplicate entries across multiple campaigns within your workspace.

With the "Deduplicate New Profiles" setting, once a prospect is added to a campaign by any user in the workspace, they will be automatically blocked from being added to other campaigns. This ensures that each prospect is contacted only once, eliminating redundant communications and protecting your outreach reputation.

Activate Built-in Duplicate Detection

To make sure this feature is enabled, follow the steps:

  1. Navigate to "Workspace Settings" from the menu in the top right.
    ​

  2. In the "Basic Information Section", turn on the toggle for "Deduplicate new profiles within workspace".

  3. Select "Save Changes".
    ​
