How to Add Custom Fields

  1. Login to Outreachly.
    ​

  2. Select "Prospects".
    ​

  3. Select the Prospect.
    ​

  4. Scroll to the end to find "Add Custom Field".
    ​

  5. Add a clear "Name" to describe the field & then insert the "Value".
    ​

  6. Click "Add".

How to Add a Custom Field using a CSV

When Importing prospects via CSV, you have the option to add custom fields. In this case, the custom fields are stored against everyone in that campaign.
