How to Create a Magic Campaign

Select "Campaigns" from the menu on the left of the screen

Select "New Campaign" from the right and then select "Pick Magic"

Select your multi-channel campaign type by choosing "Pick".

Magic Campaigns use pre-installed AI prompts to quickly create campaigns. First, update the content in purple in the "Select Objective".

In this example, we're targeting sales teams in IT security with a LinkedIn and email campaign. Once you've added your objective select "Next Step".

Next, add in the details of any "Case Studies" you have. This will help the AI to create personalized content that speaks to the needs of your target audience. You can add multiple case studies and link to the URL if available.

Select "Build Magic Campaign", within a few seconds you'll receive an onscreen notification that your campaign has been built.

The Magic AI feature will create the campaign title, the steps, the content and the delay ready for any edits and approval. Head over to "Campaigns" on the right or select "Review" to go to the campaign.

Click on any step to open the step editor. Here you can update the content and the delay from the previous step. If the step is an email step you can edit the subject line, signature and the accounts that can be used to send the email.

In this example, the AI created an 8-step combined LinkedIn and Email campaign.

Select "Save Step" and repeat the process to build your sequence.

Once you've added the steps to your campaign, select "Save" or "Run Campaign" from the bottom centre of the main screen.

You can pause and restart campaigns using the orange toggle feature on the main campaign screen.
