How Does the "Move Prospects" Feature Work?

Enabling the "Move Prospects" feature automatically moves prospects from one campaign to another if they meet specific criteria:

  • Condition: Prospects will be moved to the newest campaign if found in both search results and are not yet connected in the older campaign.

Steps to Activate "Move Prospects":

  1. Log in to Outreachly.

  2. Select Campaigns.

  3. Create or edit the campaign.

  4. Turn on the Move Prospects toggle.

How Does the "Include Prospects" Feature Work?

The "Include Prospects" feature allows you to contact individuals you're already connected with and have exchanged messages with.

If this is turned 'On', any prospects you have added to the campaign that are your 1st-level connections and have had a previous conversation with will be added and shown under the 'Connected' numbers and will be sent any campaign content.

If this is turned 'Off,' any prospects you have added to the campaign that are your 1st-level connections and have had a previous conversation with will be added and shown under the 'Connected' numbers, but they will not be sent any campaign content.

Steps to Activate "Include Prospects":

  1. Log in to Outreachly.

  2. Select Campaigns.

  3. Create or edit the campaign.

  4. Turn on the Include Prospects toggle.

  5. You can send messages to prospects you've previously exchanged messages with.

Can a Prospect Exist in Multiple Campaigns?

Yes, but only under certain conditions:

  • Different Campaign Types: A prospect can only exist in one LinkedIn campaign at a time. However, if the campaign type is "Email Only" then prospects can be duplicated.

🚀 Success! You’re all set to seamlessly transfer prospects between campaigns, ensuring each lead stays engaged and moves smoothly through your outreach sequence.
