This feature helps maximize every connection by tracking and scheduling interactions with prospects in one place. Please follow this step-by-step guide to set up your call tasks and make sure you're always ready for your next conversation.
How to Create Call Tasks?
Select "Campaigns" from the left panel.
Create or Edit the campaign you'd like to add call steps to.
Select "Add Step" and choose "Make a Call".
Type in the "Call Note" or prompts you want for this call
Enter the "Time Period". This defines when the task is due based on the time from task creation.
Select the "Assignee". Assign the task to the person responsible for making the call.
Select the "Priority". Indicate the importance level of the task (e.g., low, medium, high).
Select "Wait after previous step." This option delays the task until a previous step is completed.
Select "Save Step" to finalize the call task.

Where Can You Access the Call Tasks?
Navigate to "Dashboard" from the menu on the left.
Select the task from the main screen or by heading to "My Tasks".
Select the task from the list;
Select the action to "Open Dialer". The dialler works on a click-to-dial basis.
