Available exclusively with our Engage Unlimited package, the Dialer allows users to make high-quality calls directly from the Outreachly platform, boosting efficiency and improving connection rates with prospects.
The Engage Unlimited package includes outbound telephone numbers for no additional cost.
How to Purchase a Number
Navigate to and select the phone symbol on the top right of Outreachly.
Select "Get Started"
Enter all your chosen and required information and select "Purchase".
🚀 Success! The number is now live and ready to use Outreachly
How to Manage Your Dialer?
Click the Gear symbol to the right.
In the Overview section, you’ll find the following options:
Status: Check the operational status of your Dialer.
SMS Toggle: Enable or disable SMS functionality.
Edit Number: Click the gear icon to edit the number where inbound calls are redirected.
Buy New Number: Add more numbers as needed (included in the Engage Unlimited package).
Delete Number: Remove numbers you no longer need.
🚨Important: Be cautious when selecting "Delete" as there is no confirmation prompt.
