Understanding Email Routing in Outreachly
Prospects in Outreachly may include multiple email addresses for the same prospects. This might include:
Personal Email: scraped from LinkedIn after connecting
Work Email: uploaded via CSV
Enriched: enriched automatically by Outreachly
All three can be added to the "Send-to" option in an email step. Outreachly will attempt each one in order until it finds one and then email that address. It will not duplicate emails.
