When setting up an email sequence, you may encounter the error message: "You need to add integrations". This error typically appears if you've attempted to save an email step without adding the email address from which the emails will be sent. Why This Error Occurs

The platform requires that each email step in your sequence is associated with a valid email address to send from. If you skip this part of the setup and try to save the step without specifying the email, the system will trigger this error to remind you that an integration is missing.

Solution: Connecting Your Mailbox and Adding Emails

To resolve this issue, follow these simple steps:

  1. Connect Your Mailbox

2. Add Your Sending Email to the Step:

  • Navigate to the email step where the error occurred.

  • In the email settings, locate the field where you can select the "From" email address.

  • Choose the appropriate email address from the dropdown (this should now include any emails linked to your connected mailbox).

3. Save the Step:

  • Once you’ve selected the sending email, click Save to finalize the setup.
