Connecting a New Email Account

Follow these simple steps to connect your email account to Outreachly

Every Outreachly seat now supports unlimited email accounts. 🎉

That means you can send up to 350 emails per day per account! That’s over 127,000 emails per year per inbox — and you can add as many inboxes as you need.

Before You Start

  1. You’ll need to make sure IMAP is enabled on each email account. This allows Outreachly to send and manage messages from your mailbox.

  2. Follow the instruction links to turn on IMAP for Google and Outlook.

Adding First Mailbox

  1. Select "Mailboxes" from the left menu

  2. Select "Connect Mailbox"

Select your Email Provider

  1. Select your email provider from the list. If your email provider is not listed, you can set up email accounts with SMTP.
    ​

  2. Enter your email credentials (username and password) into the relevant email client. Alternatively, you can connect a Mailbox by "SMTP"

Add More Email Accounts

  1. Once your first email account is connected, it will appear under the “Mailboxes” section.
    To add more, simply click “Connect Mailbox” again.

  2. There’s no limit — add as many inboxes as your outreach strategy needs.
