Follow these steps to prepare your Gmail account for an SMTP connection with Outreachly.
Google Account Steps
Go to https://mail.google.com/mail/#settings and click on the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab
Enable POP for all mail
Enable IMAP and select "Save Changes"
Go to http://myaccount.google.com/security and turn on 2-step verification
Click on the "App passwords". If this does not show use the search bar to search for "App Passwords"
Select the app and device you want to generate the app password for: select app as "Mail"
Select device as "Other" (note this step may not show in every instance)
Type any name and generate the app password
Copy the generated app password and use it while connecting Gmail integration as SMTP
Save your App Password
You'll need your App Password to use as the password when adding your account via SMTP.
