Adding a Gmail account via SMTP means you'll establish a safe and secure connection that can be used for sending emails as part of your multi-channel outreach campaigns.

πŸ’‘To save you time later, before you add a Gmail account via SMTP we recommend following the steps in this article

Getting Started

  1. Select "Mailboxes" from the menu on the left of the screen

  2. Select "Connect Mailbox" and then select "SMTP"

Adding SMTP Credentials

  1. Add the email address of the Gmail account you want to add

  2. Add in the saved "App Password" you generated when preparing your Gmail account for SMTP

  3. Under SMTP add the username "smtp.gmail.com" and select "TLS"

  4. Under IMAP add the username "imap.gmail.com" and select "SSL"

  5. Click "Save" and review the tutorial steps

  6. The process has been successful when you can see the Mailbox and the settings under "Mailboxes"

Adding Multiple Gmail Accounts

  1. Go to Mailboxes and select "Add Account" to add more accounts. You can add up to 5 email accounts per seat.
