Setting up a tracking domain is simple with Outreachly. Here’s how:
How to Set Up a Tracking Domain
1. Navigate to "Workspace Settings".
2. Under Settings, select "Tracking Domains".
3. Click "+ New Domain".
4. Enter Your Desired Tracking Domain.
Type the domain you want to use (e.g., tracking.yourcompany.com
).
5. Connect Your Domain Registrar.
Select your domain provider from the dropdown.

Make sure to set the Target as "custom.lead-updated.com".
5. Set Domain Usage.
Choose if you want this domain applied to:
Campaigns
Videos (You can select both.)
💡 This setting only applies to new campaigns/videos.
To update existing ones:
Go to "Workspace Settings" - "Tracking Domains".
Click the three dots next to your domain.
Select "Set for All Campaigns" and/or "Set for All Videos".

How to Activate Link Tracking
When creating a new campaign:
Toggle on Link Tracking.
Click Set Up Tracking Domain.
Select a domain from your list or add a new one.
