Tracking domains help you replace generic links in your email campaigns with custom-branded URLs. This improves brand consistency, boosts trust, and lets you track link clicks to optimize performance.

Setting up a tracking domain is simple with Outreachly. Here’s how:

How to Set Up a Tracking Domain

1. Navigate to "Workspace Settings".

2. Under Settings, select "Tracking Domains".


3. Click "+ New Domain".

4. Enter Your Desired Tracking Domain.

Type the domain you want to use (e.g., tracking.yourcompany.com).

5. Connect Your Domain Registrar.

Select your domain provider from the dropdown.

​Make sure to set the Target as "custom.lead-updated.com".

5. Set Domain Usage.

Choose if you want this domain applied to:

  • Campaigns

  • Videos (You can select both.)

💡 This setting only applies to new campaigns/videos.

To update existing ones:

  • Go to "Workspace Settings" - "Tracking Domains".

  • Click the three dots next to your domain.

  • Select "Set for All Campaigns" and/or "Set for All Videos".

🚀 You're done! Activation usually takes a few minutes.

How to Activate Link Tracking

When creating a new campaign:

  1. Toggle on Link Tracking.


  2. Click Set Up Tracking Domain.

  3. Select a domain from your list or add a new one.
