Labels can be added to Inbox prospects and templates. They can be an essential part of organising your data, content, and leads.
๐กLabels are a great time saver. Use them on inbox messages, templates and customers to help you filter and organise your leads and content.
Creating Labels
Navigate to your "Workspace Settings" by selecting the down arrow under your name in the top right of the platform. Then select "Labels".
Select "+Create New Label" and choose your label type. The different types are "Profile" and "Template". Selecting Profile will allow you to use the labels in your Inbox to help manage replies.
Simply add our label name and choose your color and then select "Save"

Adding & Using Labels
Labels are perfect for organizing prospects based on campaigns or separating leads from customers.
To add a label to a prospect in the Inbox simply open the menu options on the right of the screen by selecting the House Icon and then select "Labels".
When filtering your prospects, you can use the labels to quickly switch between different groups, improving your efficiency and giving you better insights into which prospects are worth pursuing.
To add a label filter, select the "Filter" icon on the left of the Inbox and select "Labels" to add a filter label.
If you plan to export your prospects, labels are extremely useful. They stay attached to each prospect, so when you export them, for example, to Microsoft Excel, you can easily sort and filter your data by labels.
