Creating and adding inbox tags can significantly streamline your management and improve your organization. Whether you're managing a busy inbox filled with sales inquiries or client communications, using tags can help categorize and prioritize messages more efficiently.

How to Create a Tag in Outreachly?

  1. Select "Workplace Settings"

  2. Select "Labels"


  3. Select "Create Label"

  4. Add the Tag "Name", "Type", and "Color"

  5. Choose among the three different types: "Profile", "Template", & "Customer (Admin)"

    • A "Profile Label" spans your entire Outreachly profile. These labels are visible in both your Inbox and the Prospects tab.

    • A "Template label" is used when creating or organizing templates in the Templates tab, allowing for easier template management.

    • A "Customer (Admin) Label" is tied to a specific customer’s workspace and is managed through the Admin panel.

  6. Select "Create"

How to Use Tags in Outreachly Inbox?

  1. Select "Inbox"

  2. Select the prospect you are willing to tag

  3. Select "Label" from the right-side panel & choose the Tag.
