How to Create a Tag in Outreachly?
Select "Workplace Settings"
Select "Labels"
Select "Create Label"
Add the Tag "Name", "Type", and "Color"
Choose among the three different types: "Profile", "Template", & "Customer (Admin)"
A "Profile Label" spans your entire Outreachly profile. These labels are visible in both your Inbox and the Prospects tab.
A "Template label" is used when creating or organizing templates in the Templates tab, allowing for easier template management.
A "Customer (Admin) Label" is tied to a specific customer’s workspace and is managed through the Admin panel.
Select "Create"
