Inbox: Adding Lead or Customer Status

How to mark a prospect as a lead or customer via the Inbox

With Outreachly managing the inbox is made simple with our built-in features. You can mark prospects as leads or customers in a couple of clicks. Not only does this help you manage your Inbox, but you can also trigger webhooks and automation off the back of this step.

Marking a Prospect as a Lead

  1. Navigate to the Inbox from the left menu and select your prospect.

  2. Select the Orange Home Icon which will open up the Inbox suite of features.

  3. Under the map and prospect details at the top select "Mark as Lead

  4. Once completed you can filter your Inbox by leads. Just navigate to the Filter icon on the left of the inbox select "Status in campaign" and then "Leads"

Marking a Lead as a Customer

  1. To mark a lead as a customer follow the same steps as above, changing "Lead" to "Customer". Only Leads can be marked as Customers.

  2. Navigate to the Inbox from the left menu and select your prospect.

  3. Select the Orange Home Icon which will open up the Inbox suite of features.

  4. Under the map and prospect details at the top select "Mark as Customer"
