The campaign settings are easy to activate and designed to improve the performance of your campaign. Let's explain every setting and how it works.

Types of Outreach

Campaign outreach can be done in two main ways:

  • LinkedIn + Email: This method involves integrating social actions such as connection requests, messages, and InMails with email communication.

  • Email Only: This approach focuses solely on email outreach, without any engagement on social platforms. Please note that the "Premium Only" setting is disabled when choosing this method, as it does not involve social media interactions.

Campaign Settings

  • Number of Connection Requests: Set a daily limit on how many connection requests are sent from the campaign. If this is enabled and set to zero, no connection requests will be made.

  • Link Tracking: When enabled, this feature customizes links (excluding those leading to videos) in your messages, allowing you to track metrics such as message click rate, email click rate, and open rate. These statistics are accessible from the campaign’s drop-down menu or through the detailed report in the Reports tab.

If disabled, links remain in their original format, and tracking for the above metrics is not available.

If a custom domain is associated with your workspace and Link Tracking is on, links will be modified according to that domain's settings. If Link Tracking is off, the links will remain unchanged, except for video links, depending on your custom domain configuration.

  • Premium Only: This setting restricts campaign steps to LinkedIn users with a Premium subscription. Non-premium profiles will be marked as "Pending" with a notification that the profile does not meet the Premium requirement.

  • Move Prospects: This feature allows you to automatically move prospects from one campaign to another. If enabled, profiles included in the current campaign will be transferred to the most recent campaign created. Manual transfers will override automatic moves.

  • Include Prospects: Choose whether to engage profiles you've already contacted via LinkedIn. If enabled, previously contacted profiles are added and contacted without interruption. If disabled, interactions with these prospects are paused. To resume, navigate to the Prospects tab and select "Action > Resume campaign".

🎓 If you want to contact 1st-level prospects and include these in your searches for your campaign the "Include Prospects" setting will need to be toggled to "On"
