Outreachly allows you to add 5-7 email accounts per LinkedIn seat. The system then automatically rotates which email addresses are used.

For example, if you have a campaign with 50 new prospects in and 5 emails are added to be used, each email account will send emails to 10 of the email addresses in a sequential rotation.

But why do you need to use more than one email account? Find out below.

πŸ’‘ Did you know you can send 250 emails per day per LinkedIn seat and add multiple email accounts to improve deliverability?

Safe Email Sending Limits

Email providers like Google and Microsoft prevent their email accounts from being used for Spam.

This means that each email account that is used for email outreach should only send the same number of emails that a normal user would send when using their email for general business activities. This is in the region of 40 - 60 emails per day.

Sending a high volume of emails for any period can have the account suspended or blocked, and can negatively impact your domain reputation.

So by having email rotation Outreachly has you covered! Adding 5 or more email accounts means that not one account will send more than 50 emails per day.

And you don't need to activate this, this protection is built in. All you need to do is to add your email accounts. πŸ‘
